Think of the Wolverine Gravelo as an off-pavement randonneur, a 700c or 650b (your choice) 2 x 10 build that we've optimized for adventures far from pavement, where the deer and the antelope play in the middle of the road, just like you.

There's a higher-level Gravelo, which we call the Powerplant build. It includes a Shutter Precision dynamo hub, a Busch & Mueller Luxos U front light that charges your phone or external battery, and a Busch & Mueller tail light (your choice depending on mounting position). If you do go with a dynamo hub, we suggest the 650b build in order to get current to your lights at lower speed.

The Gravelo joins our other Soma Wolverine builds: the Daily Grinder city build and the Weltgrinder Rohloff touring build.

We'll post pictures of the 650b build soon.

Other Popular House Builds include:

Check out our other killer Belt Drive Bikes too.

The Powerplant build is a dynamo-based lighting and device-charging package that includes:

An expertly handspun front wheel based on the Shutter Precision PD-8 dynamo hub, among the best in the world.

A Busch & Mueller Luxos U headlight, which is fantastic for riding away from city lights, and which includes a handlebar-mounted USB charging port so you can charge your small smart device (phones, Garmin, some cameras)...or use it to charge your external battery pack.

If you're using a rear rack, a Busch & Mueller Toplight Line Plus taillight with a wireless pulsing brake light

If you're not using a rear rack, a Busch & Mueller Secula Plus seatpost-/seatstay-mounted taillight.
