Gear up for your next big ride and dish out all the abuse you can muster on Kona's Process 111. With a straightforward aluminum frame stroking 111mm of rear end travel out of a RockShox Monarch, you have all you need to take control of the trail. The 130mm-travel Pike fork leads you through technical rock gardens with buttery-smooth responsiveness. Light, strong WTB wheels are wrapped in Maxxis’ grippy Minion DHF tire up front and a speed-hungry Ardent out back for an aggressive, ride-all-day combo. Cranking out the flats and busting out climbs will come naturally with an 11-speed Shimano drivetrain, featuring SLX gears and crank, with an XT derailleur conducting. Braking is also handled by Shimano SLX hydraulics for speed control. Kona threw a 35mm bar and stem in the mix and spec’d a dropper post. All this adds up to a bike that blows past others on the climbs and blows minds on the way down.
Past and present collide at the Roadhouse. A classic Reynolds 853 steel frame delivers a ride only steel is capable of, and Kona's beautiful brass fillet joints give the frame a timeless quality. Front and rear thru-axles, as well as a tapered carbon fork enhance lateral rigidity for direct power transfer, crisp steering response, and an intimate connection with the road. The ready-for-anything Mavic Ksyrium Elite Allroad wheels and voluminous Schwalbe tires are ready for all-day speed and comfort. A full Shimano Ultegra suite delivers famously reliable drivetrain capability with an extended-range cassette that lets you explore more than ever before. And, the powerful hydraulic disc brakes offer new-found confidence on long, winding descents.
