The Road Logic Disc frame is built with a heat-treated and triple-butted Ritchey Logic tubeset designed specifically for the Road Logic. It features aggressively short-butted sections optimized for TIG welding that save weight and improve ride quality. The frameset also includes a Ritchey WCS Carbon Road Fork for precise handling and responsiveness. Updated for 2024, this modern classic now sports compatibility with Shimano’s newest Di2 semi-wireless groupsets. A new drive side dropout design allows for concealed wire routing from the battery in the seat tube, through the bottom bracket area into the chainstay where it makes a stealthy exit to the rear derailleur. But mechanical shifting fans, rejoice - the Road Logic Disc frame retains cable stops for mechanical groupsets. On the non-drive side chainstay sits a new one-piece truss design for flat mount brakes - providing as much stiffness and strength of previous mounts while reducing chainstay weight significantly. The Road Logic is the result of Tom's expanding legacy, his prodigious experience with steel, and mastery of the subtleties and details gleaned from his tenure in the art of creating bicycles. A true modern classic, Tom designed a heat-treated and triple-butted Ritchey Logic tubeset for the Road Logic, featuring aggressively short-butted sections optimized for TIG welding that save weight and improve ride quality. Ritchey’s proprietary forged-and-machined integrated headtube uses standard drop-in bearings and saves 80 grams over a standard head tube design. This is a frameset that can be ridden hard and put away wet. We use Tange tubing because it’s got a heritage of quality and a responsive feel. We know that the everyday cyclist needs a bike they can count on, day in and day out. From there we offered a bike that everyone could get behind: a solid platform for a multitude of fixed and single-speed builds. The beauty of the frame for us is that it keeps the track spirit, yet has never limited itself. The latest update is tweaked to fit fatter tires in case you want to try to track across. It also has an anti-rust coating on the interior of the tubes. If you choose to put brakes on, get the 57mm reach, not 49mm. We no longer have a 61cm size, but we have re-designed our smallest size with a sloping top tube to fit shorter riders. We've done hundreds of Wolverine custom builds in the past 5 years. Let's talk about yours--drop us a line or give us a shout. The original inspiration for the Wolverine was “monster cross”, but it is seriously so much more. Its geometry is stable enough for off road touring, but sporty enough for all-around adventure. With its sliding dropouts, you can turn it into a single-speed CX bike. With a split seatstay, it is compatible with the Gates Carbon Belt Drive. The primary differences between the V3 and V4 Type-B is that the latter has a third set of bottle bosses plus additional stack height on most sizes.There's also a new size, 46 cm. Wolverine v.4 Type A is not belt-compatible. See chart for their differences. The Type-A also adopts modern standards such as 142mm rear thru-axle and a 44mm headtube that will fit 1-1/8 straight steerer or tapered steerer with the proper headset type. The Four Corners is built for the adventure rider looking to explore deep off of the beaten path, sleep outdoors, and be ready for whatever pavement, dirt road, or light singletrack is around the next corner. The heads-up bar position and generous braze-ons that make it possible to live on the bike for days at a time are equally at home on the daily commute.
