Joe Bike is establishing relationships with dealers across North America for the following complete bikes or framesets:
Boxbike: Frameset made in China of hi-ten steel, improved and powdercoated in Portland, with various drivetrain/braking/cabin/canopy options available. Complete bike (excl. canopy) currently has an MSRP of $1799 with a Nexus Redband premium 8-speed hub, which is now standard.
ShuttleBug: handmade in Portland by Joe Bike, 4130 chromoly, recently rated “the champagne of kid/cargo bikes” by Treehugger. Can be built up with either chain drive or Gates belt drive with typical build including Gates/Alfine/BB7. Tool-free modularity to switch from kid/grocery-carrying to pure cargo hauling. Lightweight yet heavy duty. MSRP for complete bike around $3100-3700, depending on build. Class-leading, Portland-made cabin/canopy/cargo options available or upcoming.
Shopahaulic/Workahaulic: Handmade in Portland of 4130 chromoly. Based on two 20″ wheels. An extremely stable, capable, zippy and modular double-decker cargo bike that can climb almost any hill. Advertises while it hauls. MSRP for complete bike $2800-3400, depending on build.
Stop Cycles: We are North America’s first dealer of this high-end, Portland-based urban bike line, and the Portland area’s exclusive distributor. Portland-area dealers can purchase framesets from us in limited quantities. See our website for photos and more information about the models.
