Bike loans: Joe Bike has teamed up with Unitus Community Credit Union to offer low-interest, two-year loans to our customers. Please click here  for more information. Other credit unions offer similar programs.

Special orders: Special orders generally must be paid in full at the time the order is placed. Refunds on special orders are considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of the management.

Layaways: Layaways may be allowed on a case-by-case basis. Because keeping an item in layaway prevents us from selling the item, balances not paid in full within 90 days are forfeited and the item removed from layaway.
